(This review is duplicated for the Fusion Fire).
I picked up some Peppermaster sauces at the Hot and Spicy Food Festival in Toronto, specifically Fusion Fire, Chili Chocolate Passion, and Hurricane Mash. All are excellent, and while I occasionally like to indulge in 5 million Scoville unit sauces, these had the best balance of flavour and heat I've ever tasted.
The espresso is a wonderful touch in Fusion Fire, as is the chocolate in the Chili Chocolate Passion. I accidentally discovered a variation on the Chili Chocolate Passion that is amazing. While having a steak, I put out some Chili Chocolate Passion and some very hot horseradish (wonderful with steak, I've never understood why people use it on prime rib but not steak). It turns out that the two mixed together makes an incredible sauce for steak and I suspect a few other things. I've always thought that horseradish has been somewhat unexplored as an ingredient in hot sauces....just thought you might like to do a bit of research and if you come up with something I'll even waive my royalties in return for a sample :_).
Keep up the good work.
