Well, I didn't think of using it as a mix in a Bloody Caesar ... but we had a baked Pickeral Fish dinner yesterday and boiled corn. I spread some of this Roasted Garlic chili chipotle sauce directly on the pickeral with a spoon, and let it seep into the fish ... It was a nice touch.
As for the corn, with the excess sauce on my plate that I pushed together into a pile and tried to spin my cob of corn on it .. well, I probably won't do that again :)
