Peanut-Free Thai Satay Sauce

You can feel that island richness as the coconut and peanut blend with soft sugars, tart limes, and beckoning spices. But what's this? There are no peanuts! Many of our customers want to know our closely guarded secret, but alas, we can't tell you how we make it taste like peanuts, we simply do.

It is quite hot straight up, but softens gently as it caramelizes on the grill.

Use as a barbecue sauce on skewered chicken or as a dipping sauce for Vietnamese Spring Rolls.
