A fusion of Caribbean Jerk and Madras Curry. Made with our unique blend of fresh ground spices and fresh hot chili peppers.

So realistic, you can almost feel the sun on your face, smell the salt in the air and rub your toes in the hot pink sand!

Serving suggestions:

- Marinate or baste on chicken, seafood, tofu or goat.

- Mix together steamed vegetables, white sauce and Jerk Curry to tate.
