A fusion of 8 different fresh hot peppers. Builds slowly as the peppers express themselves one after another in different parts of the mouth. Many background flavours create an amazing and inescapable rising heat.

A true fresh hot chili pepper sauce! Fusion Fire is made without onions, garlic or tomatoes and the vinegar is simply an essence.

All of the extraordinary flavour in this sauce comes from peppers!

Use as you would any general use hot sauce.

Add to ground beef to spice up a burger, spice up a spaghetti sauce or use a larger amount to really add heat and flavour to a chili.
