Immediate, direct, extremely hot, with an amazing focused flavour. Fresh scotch bonnets and habanero peppers crushed in freshly squeezed lime juice.

These peppers go into the jar fresh off the bush! You can taste the freshness!

A favourite among chili-heads and chefs. Use in recipes when you want to add heat without changing the flavour. One teaspoon = one carribean chili pepper.
