Rude, immediate, sharp, extremely hot, with that screamin' scotch bonnet flavour.

These peppers come to us fresh, usually from Trinidad, but also from Jamaica and Florida, and get this - Holland!

Use in Caribbean recipes like jerks and curries. One tablespoon = one Scotch Bonnet.
