This product is a blend of two of the world's hottest peppers! The first, the Bhut Jolokia, grown in Assam India by Frontal Agritech, the company that earned the Guinness Book of World records record for the world's hottest pepper with 1,041,427 Scoville Heat Units (SHUs). The other pepper is the Yakima Naga, grown from Dorset Naga seeds, whose peppers scored higher heat than the Bhut Jolokia, even though the Guinness people weren't present. The Dorset Naga scored nearly 1.6 million SHUs.

You cannot get hotter than this without resorting to chemical capsaicin extracts. Yet, unlike chemical capsaicin extracts, if you can get past the heat, this mash is nothing but fresh sweet chilli pepper.

Immediate, direct, extremely hot, with a rich sweet fruity flavour, followed by a secondary bloom of heat as you swallow. Fresh chilli peppers crushed in freshly squeezed lime juice. This mash has serious staying power.

You'll love this mash! But you might want to use it a little more sparingly than any other you've tried.
