Local Hot Mix Mash

At the end of the season, when we have finished making our sauces and packing our mashes. We often end up with a small assortment of peppers that we don't have enough of a single variety to make a batch of pure mash, so we created this blend of fresh hot peppers from our local organic farmers. Crushed in freshly squeezed lime juice with kosher sea salt!

Immediate, direct, and quite hot, with the unusual flavour of the blend of fresh organic peppers.

You'll love this mash! Use in recipes when you want to add heat and unique flavour. One teaspoon = one pepper.
