The recipe for each of the mashes is identical, the only thing that changes is the variety of fresh pepper in the recipe. Available seasonally.

In contrast, Pepperfire Mashes use pure, fresh, hand-slected ripe peppers that are mashed with fresh lime juice and Kosher sea salt. This allows the true flavour and heat level of the individual peppers to stand alone. A photo of the actual peppers used to make a batch appear on every label.”
